Dining programmeExecutive Chef Gerald Genson heads the culinary calendar, which stretches across the hotel’s restaurants through Christmas and New Year. Riviera opens with an Italian coastal menu, Bullona sets up for Mediterranean dining and late-night music, while Byblos brings Lebanese dishes and live entertainment to the mix. 8 Restaurant will mark Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with Chinese fine-dining menus, and Zitouni will host Egyptian-led buffets on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Coptic Christmas on January 7th.

Pastry & giftingBeymen Café will offer seasonal takeaway from December 20th, 2025 to January 7th, 2026 — chocolate boxes, stollen, madeleines, Christmas logs and patisserie designed for gifting or for sharing at home.
