AD: Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza Rolls Out Holiday Season
Cairo’s festive season meets riverfront dining, pastry gifts and Nile-view stays at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza.
Cairo in December has its own pace — cooler nights, fuller calendars and a familiar pull toward gathering with friends and family. It’s a month when Cairenes look for places that feel festive without feeling far from home, and when staying in the city can be just as rewarding as leaving it.
This year, Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is leaning into that local rhythm with a festive programme designed specifically for residents: long, lazy brunches overlooking the Nile, pastry boxes you can take to family homes, spa days built around slowing down, and rooms set up for Cairo staycations rather than out-of-town escapes. Restaurants across Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza are rolling out seasonal menus and special evenings; the spa has curated treatments for end-of-year unwinding; and room packages offer a way to experience Cairo in a whole new light.
Dining programme
Executive Chef Gerald Genson heads the culinary calendar, which stretches across the hotel’s restaurants through Christmas and New Year. Riviera opens with an Italian coastal menu, Bullona sets up for Mediterranean dining and late-night music, while Byblos brings Lebanese dishes and live entertainment to the mix. 8 Restaurant will mark Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with Chinese fine-dining menus, and Zitouni will host Egyptian-led buffets on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Coptic Christmas on January 7th.
Pastry & gifting
Beymen Café will offer seasonal takeaway from December 20th, 2025 to January 7th, 2026 — chocolate boxes, stollen, madeleines, Christmas logs and patisserie designed for gifting or for sharing at home.
Rooms overlooking the Nile
Premium Rooms and Suites renovated by Pierre-Yves Rochon remain central to the experience: soft-toned interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows and Nile views forming the morning backdrop for many stays.
GEM access
With the Grand Egyptian Museum now fully open — home to the Tutankhamun collection and over 100,000 artefacts — museum visits are expected to sit high on guest itineraries. The concierge will organise entry, alongside access to Giza, Khan El Khalili and Nile excursions.
Reservations are available through the hotel website or by phone at +20 2 27917000.
