Mohamed Diab Announces New Netflix Film ‘The Note’
The film includes parts of Diab’s own life, including his experience in America, the fascination with the American dream and the realisation that it’s not entirely real.
Mohamed Diab, Egyptian screenwriter and director of 'Moon Knight' (2022), 'Cairo 6, 7, 8' (2010) and 'The Clash' (2016), announced that he is currently working on new film ‘The Note’, produced by Netflix.
Diab made the announcement in an interview on Modern mti TV, where he said he wanted to make more human stories rather than superhero films. “Like my films Cairo 6, 7, 8 and The Clash,” he said, “But this time in America.”
