Where to Find the Best Instagrammable Cafes in Egypt

Not all cafes are created equal. Some are for caffeine, some are for comfort, and some are built entirely for your camera roll.

Where to Find the Best Instagrammable Cafes in Egypt

Some cafes exist for the caffeine. Others? For the photo dump. Egypt’s Instagrammable cafes are less about a quick espresso shot and more about, well, the shot. They know the power of a staircase, the drama of an olive tree, and the way natural light can make even a basic cappuccino look like a magazine cover.

And while some people roll their eyes at the idea of “aesthetic cafes,” the truth is, we all want one thing: a place where the coffee tastes good and the backdrop makes us look like we have our life together. These spots don’t just pour drinks, they set the scene — literally.

So we did the work (and the scrolling). These are the cafes that actually deliver: the ones that give you caffeine and content.

Farsha Mountain Lounge

Sharm El Sheikh Twinkling lights, floor cushions, and Red Sea views that make you wonder why you’re still answering emails for a living. This is the kind of place where “just one drink” turns into a full-blown life crisis… and a hundred sunset stories.

Granita

Zamalek, Arkan, & Azhar Park Granita feels like stepping into a 1930s Cairo postcard that somehow survived gentrification. It’s moody, cinematic, and smug enough to make you wish you swapped your jeans for a linen suit.

Bascota

Garden 8 & EDNC Sodic, New Cairo All white walls, clean lines, and flower pots so aesthetic they could get a brand deal. Sit outside, spy on the pastry chefs, and pretend you’re “learning” when really you’re just plotting your next Reel.

Brunch & Cake

Lake House, New Cairo & Park St., Sheikh Zayed Boho chic, but make it edible. There’s an olive tree indoors, a golf view outdoors, and at least three people per table documenting every crumb. By the time your fork hits the plate, your neighbor already has 12 stories up.

Blooms & Beans

Arkan Plaza, Sheikh Zayed Half café, half flower shop, full-blown trap for anyone who ever said “I’m not really into plants.” You’ll walk in for a coffee and leave with a latte in one hand and a makeshift bouquet in the other.

Carmel

St. 18, Maadi California roots with Maadi’s tree-lined attitude. Bright plates, warm vibes, and just enough greenery to make your brunch photo look like you live a double life as a lifestyle blogger.

Almeria Cafe & Trattoria

24 Talaat Harb St., Downtown Think vintage posters, worn-in chairs, and the kind of lighting that makes every cappuccino feel like it belongs in an old Egyptian movie. It’s not a film set, but it nails the aesthetic, and your camera roll will thank you.

Pink Blanket Mamma

Garden 8, New Cairo Yes, you’ve seen that pink staircase on Instagram. Yes, you’ll still take the photo. Between the bookshelves, the cozy corners, and the unapologetic aesthetic, it’s impossible not to.

Boho Café

Abu Tig Marina, Gouna Sun, sea, and seating that looks ripped from a Pinterest board. Come for the coffee, stay because every corner is a backdrop — even the one you swore you wouldn’t post twice.
