It's the height of summer, which means that watermelons have become a necessary addition to our daily diet for hydration as well as dessert purposes. But there's one problem: no one knows how to pick a good watermelon (unless, of course, you're an Egyptian dad, in which case it's one of your inborn abilities).

Instead of the usual guessing game we play at the watermelon kiosk, we resorted to trying out our go-to solution for all modern-day problems: asking the little robot in our phones. Our AI bot listened to us abuse a watermelon (it's for its own good), and evaluated the sound of its drum for a sweetness rating. And we put it to the test.
