You Can Now Issue Short Licenses for Sports Cars Online

In response to overwhelming demand, the General Department of Traffic has launched an online service that allows sports car drivers to issue shorter front number plates.

Regularly sized number plates have both practical and aesthetic effects on sports cars; their placement can impact the aerodynamics, cooling and crash safety of the vehicle. The new service, which enables people to input their vehicle type to find the suitable plate size, is accessible both online and offline.

Sports car owners can access this service by opening the 'Absher' app, navigating to 'Vehicle Services', then 'Vehicle Management' to select the car that needs the alteration.
