UAE's 54th National Day to be Broadcast Live Across Seven Emirates
This year's ceremony is being held under the theme 'United', extending an invitation to all who call the UAE home to take part in the events—regardless of nationality.
In celebration of the UAE’s Eid Al Etihad on December 2nd, live screenings of the official national ceremony will be broadcast across all seven emirates. Eid Al Etihad marks the UAE’s national day, commemorating the unification of the emirates on December 2nd, 1971. This year’s ceremony is held under the theme ‘United’, inviting everyone who calls the UAE home—regardless of nationality—to take part in the occasion. While the main ceremony’s location has not yet been announced, residents will be able to follow the event through public screenings nationwide. In Abu Dhabi, broadcasts will take place in Khalifa City, Al Falah City, Al Shamkha City, and at majlis across the emirate. Dubai will screen the ceremony at Dubai Festival City Mall, Global Village, and Al Khawaneej. In Al Dhafra, screenings will be held at Madinat Zayed Public Park, Liwa Oasis, Al Shahbana Park in Al Sila, Harat Parks in Beda Al Mutawa, Delma Island’s public park, Zayed Al Khair Park in Ghayathi, and Majlis Mohammad Al Falahi Al Yasi. In Sharjah, broadcasts will be hosted at Al Suyoh Park and Kshisha Park. Al Ain will screen the event at the Al Ain International Airport area, Majlis Al Toiwayyah, Majlis Al Masoudi, Majlis Al Fou’ah, and Majlis Al Maqam. Ajman residents can watch at Marsa Ajman, Al Jurf Family Park, and Al Waraqa Park. In Ras Al Khaimah, screenings will take place at Corniche Al Qawasim and the RAK Flagpole. Umm Al Quwain will host its screening at Al Khor Waterfront, while Fujairah will do so at Umbrella Beach. The ceremony will also be broadcast on local television channels and streamed on the Eid Al Etihad YouTube channel and official website.
