Sharjah Asset Management Launches Fahes Centre for Residency Exams

Sharjah Asset Management has launched the Fahes Medical Examination Service Centre in Sharjah, introducing an integrated facility for residency medical examinations with same-day results and on-site completion of related government procedures. The centre is the first of its kind in the emirate and is designed to streamline medical fitness requirements for residents, employees and visa applicants.
According to Sharjah Asset Management, clients can complete medical examinations, residency documentation and associated procedures in one location through a fully integrated digital system. The centre offers a VIP fast-track service that delivers results within four hours, alongside multilingual support and advanced identity verification to speed up processing while maintaining data security.
The facility also operates a mobile medical unit, allowing required tests to be conducted at homes or workplaces, with results issued on the same day. Medical services include blood tests for HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B, as well as chest X-rays for tuberculosis screening, followed by the issuance of medical fitness certificates needed for residency permits, visa renewals and employment.
The centre is supported by health information technology platforms, automation and artificial intelligence–enabled operations to improve accuracy, turnaround times and secure handling of medical data. Omar Al Mulla, Chief Executive Officer and Investment Officer at Sharjah Asset Management, said the service is built around speed, accuracy and transparency, and supports wider efforts to improve service efficiency and quality of life in the emirate.
