Under the patronage of King Salman, the forum will gather global leaders in Riyadh to discuss cybersecurity advancement.

The fifth edition of the Global Cybersecurity Forum (GCF) will be held in Riyadh on October 1st and the 2nd, 2025, under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Organised by the National Cybersecurity Authority, this year’s forum will bring together international leaders, senior policymakers, and industry experts to address emerging cybersecurity challenges and strengthen global cooperation in the digital space.
Held under the theme ‘Scaling Cohesive Advancement in Cyberspace’, the 2025 edition aims to expand the forum’s scale, reach, and impact, continuing to build on the momentum of previous years. The forum will explore critical issues shaping the future of cybersecurity, including how to redefine cyber economics, ensure more inclusive digital access, understand behavioural patterns in online environments, and anticipate new frontiers in cyber innovation.
Since its inception in 2020, the Global Cybersecurity Forum has grown into a year-round platform that promotes dialogue and actionable outcomes for a safer digital world.
