Berlin’s Toy Tonics Collective to Make Morocco Debut March 27th
The collective will bring its Jam nights to Rabat's Le Cale Club, featuring Cody Currie, Gee Lane, and Bel Âge.
German house label, Toy Tonics, is set to debut its renowned ‘Jam’ sessions in Morocco, taking over Rabat’s La Cale Club for an all-nighter on March 27th.
Founded in 2012 by Mathias Modica (aka Kapote and Munk) as an offshoot of the experimental powerhouse Gomma, Toy Tonics has carved out a niche as a boundary-pushing independent label. Driven by a love for live instrumentation and collaborative energy, the imprint has evolved into a global collective, with their signature jams advocating for a positive, inclusive and phone-free clubbing experience.
The event is being hosted in partnership with Apéros Électro, the party series famed for bringing premier minimal and Romanian micro-house heavyweights - such as Priku and Oden & Fazo - to the region.
The lineup features London-born, Berlin-based Cody Currie, celebrated for his signature jazz-infused house productions, alongside DJ and avid vinyl curator Gee Lane. Joining them is Moroccan maverick Bel Âge - the founder of Apéros Électro and a pivotal figure in Rabat’s electronic underground.
