Primark is scaling its Gulf presence with new UAE stores and upcoming launches in Bahrain and Qatar.
Irish fashion retailer Primark has opened its second store in Dubai at City Centre Mirdif on April 9th, 2026, following its debut at Dubai Mall in March. The opening comes as part of the brand’s expansion across the UAE, with a third Dubai location confirmed for Mall of the Emirates, scheduled to open in May.
The stores offer a mix of fashion, beauty and homeware products under one roof, with pricing structured to align with the brand’s global model. Founded in Dublin as Penney’s, Primark operates more than 470 stores across 17 countries in Europe and the United States. Its first Middle East location opened at The Avenues Mall.
Beyond the UAE, the retailer has outlined plans to expand further across the Gulf in 2026, with upcoming stores at City Centre Bahrain and Doha Festival City.
