Parkin Signs Deal to Manage 1,200 Parking Spaces in Dubai
The agreement covers residential developments with app-based and barrierless parking systems.
Parkin, Dubai’s public parking operator responsible for managing paid parking across the city, has signed a multi-year agreement with Binghatti Holding to operate around 1,200 parking spaces across selected residential developments.
The sites are located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Jaddaf and Business Bay, and will be integrated into the Parkin mobile app, allowing users to manage both short-term and long-term parking through a single platform.
The rollout is expected toward the end of the second quarter of 2026 and will cover around 30 locations.
Implementation will involve deploying barrierless parking technology, enabling seamless vehicle entry, parking and exit across the developments by integrating Parkin’s systems with existing infrastructure.
Parkin said the partnership reflects growing demand for technology-enabled parking solutions and is aimed at improving convenience, optimising asset use and supporting more efficient urban mobility.
Binghatti said the agreement aligns with its focus on smart infrastructure, noting that the integration of advanced parking systems is expected to improve accessibility and operational efficiency across its developments.
Parkin currently manages approximately 229,000 paid parking spaces across Dubai and continues to expand its digital services, including AI-powered parking management and ticketless systems.
