New AI HR Assistant to Support UAE Federal Government Employees
The AI Agents-based platform integrates with Bayanati, supports Arabic and English via voice and text without human intervention, and is expected to save around 170,000 work hours a year.

The UAE Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has rolled out an AI-powered Human Resources Assistant designed to serve more than 50,000 federal government employees.
Built on AI Agents technology, the new system can process HR procedures, execute tasks, and respond instantly to staff queries in both Arabic and English—whether written or voice-based. It integrates directly with the federal HR information system Bayanati, allowing employees to access services anytime through FAHR’s website or smart app.
In its first phase, the assistant provides 108 services and automates about 80% of self-service HR procedures, as well as 80% of inquiries related to HR legislation. Officials estimate it will save around 170,000 working hours each year in technical and legal support.
Beyond efficiency, FAHR said the system is designed to deliver accurate, personalised responses and improve the overall employee experience within the federal HR ecosystem.
