Fujairah International Airport to Operate Charter Flights Amid Regional Disruptions
Fujairah International Airport announced that it will operate a series of special charter flights in partnership with SalamAir of the Sultanate of Oman on March 4th and 5th, 2026, to help travellers return to their home countries amid ongoing regional travel challenges.
In a statement, airport officials said the flights will operate via Muscat, linking Fujairah with international destinations including Calicut, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Istanbul and Karachi, and are part of efforts to ensure safe and seamless services during critical periods.
The airport noted that bookings can be made through the airline’s official website or authorised travel agents, and that it is coordinating with partners and authorities to support humanitarian travel needs and monitor evolving travel requirements.
