Misr Petroleum Raises Engine Oil & Lubricant Prices by Up to EGP 50 pe

Misr Petroleum raised retail prices for a range of engine oils and lubricants in Egypt, with increases between EGP 10 and EGP 50 per litre on selected products, effective March 3rd, 2026 at service stations nationwide. According to Misr Petroleum’s updated list, gasoline and natural gas engine oils were among the categories adjusted.

Misr Alpha is now priced at EGP 240 per litre and EGP 920 for a four-litre container, while Misr Super is set at EGP 155 per litre and EGP 575 for a four-litre container.

The revisions also cover diesel engine oils meeting CI-4/SL, CF-4 15W/40, CF 50, and CD 50 specifications, alongside hydraulic oils, brake fluids, Dexron fluids, and industrial greases, including graphite and multi-purpose grease.

Prices include value-added tax and apply at all Misr Petroleum stations across Egypt. The company said the changes reflect market conditions and production costs.
