Eid Al-Fitr Will Begin on Friday March 20th in Saudi Arabia

The Supreme Court has announced that the Shawwal crescent was not sighted today March 18th, making the beginning of Eid Al-Fitr on Friday, March 20th 2026. This marks Thursday, March 19th as the 30th and final day of the holy month of Ramadan.

This year, authorities have directed that Eid prayers be held inside mosques only, with outdoor prayer grounds suspended nationwide.
