Saudi Announces Eid Al-Fitr Private Sector & Stock Trading Holiday

According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Eid Al-Fitr holiday for private and non-profit sector employees will begin at the end of the workday on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026, and last four days through Saturday, March 21st.

Meanwhile, trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) will also pause beginning at the close of trading on Monday, March 16th, 2026. with markets scheduled to reopen Tuesday, March 24th, following the holiday period.
