Egyptian Embassy in Tehran Opens Emergency Hotline for Citizens

The Egyptian Embassy in Tehran has announced the activation of an emergency hotline to support Egyptian nationals residing in Iran, amidst rising regional tensions: (+982122419100), (+982242001516) and (+989981198877). The move follows a directive from the Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, who contacted the embassy to stress the importance of ensuring the safety and well-being of Egyptian citizens in the country.
The embassy confirmed that all Egyptians currently in Iran are safe and have not been affected by recent Israeli military operations. Citizens have been urged to remain in secure locations and to avoid any areas that may pose a risk to them.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on Egyptian nationals in Iran to contact the embassy immediately should they face any difficulties or urgent needs. The emergency hotline has been launched to facilitate direct communication and enable rapid response to any emerging situations.
