Cairo Hosts Egypt-Gulf Trade & Investment Forum on November 10th
The Egypt-Gulf Trade and Investment Forum takes place in Cairo on November 10th–11th, bringing officials and Gulf investors together.

Egypt’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Cairo will host the Egypt–Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Trade and Investment Forum on November 10th to 11th, under the theme “A Roadmap to Strengthening the Egyptian–Gulf Economy.” This follows a preparatory meeting between Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab Affairs Ambassador Ihab Fahmy and a GCC Secretariat delegation led by Waleed Alhosani, head of the forum’s organising team.
Ambassador Fahmy emphasised Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty’s commitment to ensuring broad, high-level participation from both Egyptian officials and Gulf investors. He highlighted the forum as an opportunity to deepen economic integration, expand trade and investment flows, and increase the presence of Egyptian and Gulf products in markets across Africa, Europe, and Asia. Fahmy also underscored that ongoing economic reforms and new investor incentives position Egypt attractively for GCC capital.
