25 New Educational Institutions to Open in Dubai in 2025

25 new educational institutions open in time for the 2025–26 academic year in Dubai, adding more than 14,000 student seats across the city. The expansion aims to meet growing demand and broaden options for families at every level of learning.

The new additions include 16 nurseries providing over 2,400 early learner seats, alongside six schools - five following the UK curriculum and one French. Three universities are also joining Dubai’s higher education landscape: the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, the American University of Beirut, and Saudi Arabia’s Fakeeh College for Medical Sciences.

Once the academic year begins on August 25th, Dubai’s education sector will total 331 nurseries, 233 schools, and 44 universities. The additions reflect the city’s continued population growth and its rising demand for diverse educational offerings.
