Software Gaint Zoho Launches UAE Data Centres in AED 100M Investment

Zoho Corporation, an India-based enterprise software company headquartered in Chennai, has launched new data centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as part of a Dh100 million investment in the UAE announced in 2023. The facilities host services from Zoho’s cloud business software suite alongside its ManageEngine portfolio.

The company said the data centres will allow organisations in the UAE to store data locally, supporting data sovereignty requirements and national cybersecurity objectives. The infrastructure is designed to serve businesses of all sizes, as well as government and semi-government entities, while supporting broader cloud adoption across operational, financial and administrative functions.

According to Zoho, the facilities have received the CSP Security Standard Certificate from the Dubai Electronic Security Center, qualifying the company to provide services to government and semi-government organisations. The data centres are also compliant with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27017 and CSA STAR Level 2 standards, while Zoho’s Dubai office holds ISO 27001 certification.

Zoho reported strong performance in the UAE in 2025, with revenue growth of 38.7%, a 29% expansion in its partner network and a 35% increase in headcount, alongside a move to a larger office. Growth was driven by demand for products including Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM Plus, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Workplace and Zoho One. Over the past five years, the company has invested AED 80 million to support more than 7,000 UAE businesses through partnerships with organisations such as the Department of Economy and Tourism and Dubai Culture, and recorded 48% growth in its upmarket segment in 2025.

ManageEngine reported 20% growth in the UAE during 2025, led by enterprise demand for Endpoint Central, ServiceDesk Plus and Site24x7. Adoption has been strongest across banking and financial services, government and public sector entities, and manufacturing, with cloud uptake for ManageEngine solutions growing at nearly 35% in the region.
