Saudi Proptech Ghanem Raises $7.1M From Al-Romaih Group

Saudi Arabia-based proptech startup Ghanem, a digital platform specialising in fractional real estate ownership, has raised $7.1 million from Al-Romaih Group.

Founded in 2025 by Saleh Al-Ghamdi and Amr Essam, Ghanem operates under the Regulatory Sandbox of the Real Estate General Authority, aiming to offer transparency, flexibility and lower entry thresholds for both individual and institutional investors.

“We are proud of our partnership with Al-Romaih Group, which shares our vision of developing the real estate investment sector and enabling more individuals to benefit from fractional ownership opportunities," Saleh Al-Ghamdi, CEO and Co-Founder of Ghanem, said. "This investment will help us expand our product offerings, advance our technology, and strengthen our market presence, contributing to the realisation of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and broadening the base of real estate investment in the Kingdom."

The capital injection will allow Ghanem to accelerate its planned expansion and product development, enabling the company to deepen the range of investment opportunities available within Saudi Arabia’s real-estate market.

The investment also signals heightened investor interest in proptech solutions aligned with the Kingdom’s broader goals of digital transformation, real-estate diversification and increased participation in ownership markets.
