Egypt’s Entrepreneur Awards Launches ‘Outstanding Youth of the Year’
The new award recognises and rewards young Egyptian entrepreneurs between 16 and 25 across all sectors.
Egypt’s Entrepreneur Awards (EEA) has announced more details on the new Outstanding Youth of the Year Award, which aims to recognise and reward young entrepreneurs for their innovation, ambition, and talent in transforming their ideas into successful business ventures. The new award - which is sector agnostic - celebrates young entrepreneurial minds between the ages of 16 and 25, and will highlight some of the youthful ‘People of Now’ which EEA champions.
This new award has been added to EEA’s roster of categories to kickstart the launch of the new dedicated Youth Entrepreneur Awards platform, which will create a supportive and nurturing ecosystem that empowers young entrepreneurs across all sectors by providing them with informative resources, networking opportunities, and recognition for their work.
With applications for EEA 2024 now open, the criteria for the Outstanding Youth of the Year Award have been clarified by EEA organisers. First, founders or founding teams must include at least one member aged between 16 and 25, and at least one Egyptian National. Applicants must have a legally registered business that largely operates in Egypt, supplying all required documentation alongside their EEA application. Lastly, candidates may only be nominated for one category at the awards.
