Applications Open for Egypt's 46th General Fine Arts Exhibition
Egyptian artists can submit works for the 46th edition until October 25th through the Fine Arts Sector's online portal.
The Fine Arts Sector at Egypt's Ministry of Culture has opened applications for the 46th General Fine Arts Exhibition, with Egyptian artists able to submit their work from July 11th until October 25th, 2026 through the sector's official online application form.
The exhibition is being overseen by Prof Mahmoud Hamed, Head of the Fine Arts Sector, and supervised by Prof Emad Abu Zeid, Commissioner of the General Exhibition. The sector has invited artists to review the participation requirements before completing their applications through the official submission portal.
According to the Fine Arts Sector, the General Fine Arts Exhibition has, over several decades, served as a platform documenting artistic developments across successive generations while providing space for dialogue, experimentation and creative expression.
The sector added that the 46th edition aims to reflect the diversity of Egypt's contemporary visual arts scene and showcase a broad range of artistic perspectives. Full eligibility requirements and submission guidelines are available through the Fine Arts Sector's official application form, with submissions closing on October 25th, 2026.
