SELECTS: From Day to Dusk, Model Amy Shaban Keeps It Easy Breezy
Whether she’s styling shoots or starring in them, Shaban thrives in the space between roles, moods, and silhouettes.

Amenah Shaban is the kind of person who makes fashion look effortless— because for her, it is. The 25-year-old Jordanian model and stylist, better known as Amy Shaban, has been living and breathing fashion since her childhood runway shows (read: in the living room, for her family), and she’s since turned that early flair into a full-blown career.
After finishing university in Barcelona, Shaban returned to Amman and gave the 9-to-5 life a shot— but it didn’t take long for her to realize it wasn’t her thing. The structure felt limiting, and her creative instincts were pulling her elsewhere. “If I had to describe my style, I’d say it’s bold, versatile, and never boxed into one category,” she shares— and the same goes for her career path. From campaigns with Mango, Karen Millen, and Obagi to even launching her own agency, she’s done the rounds— in front of the camera and behind the scenes.
“I’ve always loved how fashion can shape the way you feel,” she says. Shaban’s style is more so about instinct rather than rules. “My style shifts depending on my mood. Some days I want to be loud, other days I want to be minimal, but I always want to feel put together.”
Whether she’s pulling a look together as a stylist or posing in front of the camera, Shaaban’s fashion instincts are crystal clear—and her favourite labels reflect just that. “Some of my favorite brands are Bottega Veneta, Jacquemus, COS, The Row, PatBO, Oceanus, Annie’s Ibiza—and emerging designers who really focus on detail and quality,” she says. “I love brands that balance simplicity with something unique, whether it’s the cut, the fabric, or the way a piece fits.”
She’s styled for names across the region (and worn just as many), but our Selects for this week? All about ease, polish, and a little play— exactly what you’d expect from someone who’s built her career on trusting her gut and knowing when a look just clicks.
