Nour El Nabawy Teases Launch of New Egyptian Label Sol&Nel
The brand’s debut collection, “Bigger Than Life”, is set for Spring/Summer 2025.

Egyptian actor Nour El Nabawy has teased the upcoming launch of Sol&Nel, a new streetwear label quietly emerging from Cairo’s expanding fashion scene.
The brand’s debut collection, “Bigger Than Life”, is set for Spring/Summer 2025 and signals a design language steeped in duality: structure and softness, clarity and ease. According to early press notes, Sol&Nel draws its name from contrasting archetypes - Sol, derived from the Latin for sun, symbolising motion and ambition; and Nel, the quieter counterpoint, evoking stillness, simplicity, and intention.
Pieces include cream-toned linen sets embroidered in tonal thread, wide-leg trousers with architectural stitching, and boxy cotton shirts detailed with precise contrast lines. A palette of neutrals and sun-washed accents reinforces the brand’s commitment to restraint over spectacle. “It’s streetwear with soul,” the creative team notes - more pared-back tailoring than graphic-led hype.
