Arab Fashion Council Launches USD 500,000 Fund for Designers
The Arab Fashion Council opens applications for a USD 500,000 fund to support one Arab rtw designer through a 2-year global brand accelerator, including mentorship, showrooms, and press exposure.

The Arab Fashion Council (AFC) has officially opened applications for the inaugural AFC Fashion Fund, a biennial program dedicated to scaling a single Arab ready-to-wear designer into a global brand. Valued at USD 500,000, the two-year accelerator offers direct funding, strategic mentorship, and access to international buyers, press, and retailers.
The selected designer will receive cash support and a tailored development program including two consecutive seasons in the AFC Paris and Dubai showrooms, extensive media coverage, and a capsule collaboration with a major global brand. The advisory board includes editors, investors, and creative leaders from the global fashion industry.
Eligible applicants must specialise in RTW and hold citizenship in any Arab League country. Applications are now open at www.arabfashioncouncil.com/fashionfund. The winner will be announced later in 2025.
