Egyptian squash player Mostafa Asal has won his first Qatar Classic title after defeating France’s Victor Crouin in straight games in Doha.
The World No. 1 beat fifth seed Crouin 11-5, 11-6, 11-2 in a 44-minute final at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex.
The victory gave Asal his first Qatar Classic trophy and capped a dominant final in which he did not drop a game.
Asal entered the match as the tournament’s top seed, while Crouin was seeded fifth.
