Digital Contracting Service Launched for 2026 Umrah Season
The new system automates contracting procedures for Umrah operators through the Masar Nusuk platform.
A new digital service has been launched to qualify external agents and finalise contracts for the 2026 Umrah season through the Masar Nusuk platform.
According to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the system forms part of wider efforts to automate contracting procedures, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen coordination across the Umrah services sector.
The platform enables full electronic processing across all contracting stages using a unified digital contract model.
Agreements will also include QR-code verification through the Nusuk system to support standardised validation procedures.
Officials said the service is intended to simplify workflows for entities involved in organising Umrah services while establishing a centralised reference point for agreements and operational documentation.
The ministry added that an additional service allowing Saudi Umrah companies to contract directly with domestic service providers through the platform will also be introduced.
The expanded contracting system will cover accommodation, transportation, catering, value-added services, and the development of Umrah packages and programmes within a single digital environment.
The rollout comes ahead of the opening of Umrah visa application submissions and processing on May 31st, 2026, while Umrah permit issuance through the Nusuk app is scheduled to begin on June 1st, 2026.
