London’s quietly fanatical burger obsession, Supernova, has landed in Dubai. The brand, which treats the classic cheeseburger with a near-spiritual focus, has set up a limited-time pop-up at Marsa Boulevard this February, with no details on how long it's running.

They don’t do truffle-uni-wagya-whatever fusion. Their menu is a shortlist of essentials: a classic or house cheeseburger featuring dry-aged British beef and a secret sauce, plus fries and a sundae. No elaborate toppings, no celebrity collabs—just a precise, quality-focused execution that has spawned dedicated queues from London to Kuwait.

The pop-up at the vibrant Marsa Boulevard waterfront, open from 4 PM until 12 AM on weekdays and 1 AM on weekends, serves as a preview ahead of permanent Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations slated for later this year.
