Bayside Burger Co. Brings West Coast Diner Energy to Yas Bay

Bringing West Coast vibes to Abu Dhabi’s Bay, Bayside Burger Co. dishes up a nostalgic diner experience. Think surfboards hanging from the ceiling, vibrant colourways led by a bold orange palette, and hearty burgers made for refuelling after a sun-soaked swim—red cheeks, salty hair, and rumbling stomach included.
The vibe is sunshine-yellow accents and neon glow, split between a vibrant interior and a terrace that practically dips its toes in the water. It’s the perfect habitat for all the Type B friends, thanks to its no-reservations policy and “staying longer than planned” philosophy.
The menu is led by premium wagyu smash burgers that are perfectly juicy with crispy, charred edges, tucked into freshly baked, pillowy Hokkaido-style buns and paired with fries. Nostalgia runs through the classic cheeseburger — a reliable symphony of beef, cheese, and pickles — alongside the ‘Signature Smash’, finished with a thin veil of caramelised onions. For more experimental tastes, the BBQ Bacon Jam burger stands tall as a sweet-smoky marvel. Fries remain a constant across the menu, particularly the loaded ‘Big Kahuna’ version, which leans unapologetically into joyful excess.
To accompany the food, the drinks menu spans both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, offering a broad and playful range. Frosty cocktails and ice-cold beers — including the city’s first ‘topless cans’, a detail that is both silly and brilliant — sit alongside milkshakes served with an extra little side car, a nostalgic nod that feels like a small reward for still ordering milkshakes as an adult .
