New Impact Fund to Support Communities & Conservation in Abu Dhabi
The fund will focus on Conservation Art & Culture Health & Wellbeing and Education & Skills Development under a joint steering committee.
Miral, the company behind Abu Dhabi’s major destinations including Yas Island, has partnered with the Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an to launch the Miral Impact Fund, a new initiative designed to create measurable social and environmental impact across the city. The fund will focus on four key areas: Conservation, Art & Culture, Health & Wellbeing, and Education & Skills Development. A Steering Committee comprising members from Miral and Ma’an will oversee the fund, ensuring transparency, strategic guidance, and effective use of contributions. The fund’s inaugural project, Guardians of the Arabian Gulf, will be led by the Yas SeaWorld Research & Rescue Center and aims to protect marine ecosystems and endangered species while training the next generation of conservation leaders.
