Nairu Introduces a New Noodle Menu on the Nile

If you've ever felt there's just not enough noodles in your life, pan-Asian restaurant Nairu is introducing its new Noodles Menu that brings the curly dough into everything from the starters through to the desserts. Starting May 17th, guests aboard the The First Nile Boat by the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence, where Nairu gets its unobstructed views of the Nile, can get to experience these creations in a decidedly stylish setting.

First, meet the mains: the Chang Shou Mian (Mandarin for 'Long Life Noodles') consists of golden yellow noodles served with braised chicken and eggs in a hot and sour sauce. The Udon Beef Noodles on the other hand, feature the thicker Japanese noodles with spring onions and mushrooms.

But Nairu's Noodles Menu also includes a Saigon Noodle Salad with its flavorful combination of shrimp egg noodles mixed with fresh vegetables and Asian mayo, a beef ramen soup with soft-boiled egg, and a summer roll appetizer filled with avocado, tofu and--you guessed it--glass noodles.

If you thought noodles wouldn't find their way into the dessert portion of the meal, think again. Nairu's salted caramel noodles (crispy noodles in caramel sauce, ice cream and sesame) truly bring the meal full circle.
