Unified Digital System for Legal Profession Services Launches in Dubai
A new platform launches to streamline registration, licensing and conduct procedures for advocates and law firms across Dubai.
The Dubai Legal Affairs Department has unveiled a new digital platform — the Legal Profession System — designed to streamline services for advocates, legal consultants and law firms in Dubai. The platform centralises key procedures including registration, licensing and professional conduct management under a single, unified digital framework.
The new system is built on a “one-stop shop” model, allowing users to access all necessary services through one portal rather than navigating multiple entities or channels. It also reduces required paperwork, supports digital-identity logins, and offers seamless user experience via both a website and smart-app interface. Integration with other government entities aims to shorten processing times and raise overall service quality.
Automating internal procedures and enhancing cooperation with relevant government bodies are expected to improve operational efficiency and allow for faster delivery of legal and professional services. The department described the platform as part of Dubai’s broader push to digitise government services and modernise its legal ecosystem.
