The figure reflects clinical interactions delivered through the national platform over the course of the year, including scheduled virtual appointments and clinician-led medical consultations. Through the service, patients are able to connect with medical teams for advice, follow-up care and clinical evaluations without the need for in-person visits, using secure digital channels to coordinate appointments and consultations.

Operated by the Ministry of Health, Seha Virtual Hospital functions as a central hub for virtual care, linking patients to specialists and multidisciplinary medical teams across different regions of the Kingdom.
