Nusuk App Reaches 30 Million Users Across 190 Countries
Integrated with Hajj and Umrah services, Nusuk offers more than 100 digital services for bookings maps itineraries and daily-use features, with a major interface update planned.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that downloads of its Nusuk app have exceeded 30 million, up from 12 million in 2024, marking growth of over 150% in less than a year. The platform serves users in more than 190 countries, with international users accounting for over 90% of the total.
Through integration with entities across the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem, Nusuk offers more than 100 digital services covering the pilgrim journey from planning to return. Features include booking the Rawdah Al-Sharifah and Umrah, accessing the Haramain train, flight and hotel reservations, maps, itineraries, and cultural tours. Recent updates added daily-use tools including Quran access, supplications, prayer times, and Qibla direction.
The ministry said a major update is planned in the coming months to enhance user experience with a smoother, more intuitive interface aligned with global technology and design standards.
