Ministry of Labour Launches 'Work Right' Digital Campaign
Rolled out nationwide across traditional media and digital platforms, Work Right targets youth and workers across sectors to clarify rights and duties and spread legal awareness.
The Ministry of Labour has launched Work Right, a nationwide digital awareness campaign designed to promote proper work practices and clarify the rights and duties of both workers and employers.
According to Mohamed Gebran, Minister of Labour, the campaign seeks to reinforce balance in labour relations by improving understanding of the responsibilities and entitlements of all parties. He said the initiative aims to support labour market stability by ensuring that workers and employers are equally aware of their roles within the legal framework.
The campaign also places emphasis on occupational safety and health, alongside the importance of vocational training and continuous upskilling for workers across different sectors.
Officials said these themes are intended to encourage safer workplaces and improve workforce readiness in line with labour market needs. The ministry stated that Work Right will be implemented nationwide and distributed through both traditional media and digital platforms.
Target audiences include young people and workers across multiple sectors. The content will be produced using artificial intelligence tools to deliver simplified visual and audio materials that explain labour laws and workplace standards.
