Masfout Gate Project Opens as New Landmark in Ajman

The Masfout Gate project has been inaugurated in the Masfout area of Ajman as part of the UAE villages development initiative. The structure serves as a new entry landmark for the area and is integrated within broader efforts led by the UAE Council for Balanced Development to enhance services and vital facilities across villages nationwide.
According to details released through the Emirates News Agency, the gate spans a built-up area of 500 square metres, rises 16 metres in height, and features an architectural walkway extending 40 metres.
The project forms part of the Council’s wider programme to upgrade infrastructure and strengthen public amenities in priority communities. In Masfout, the establishment of a defined gateway is intended to reinforce local identity while contributing to an improved experience for residents and visitors.
The initiative aligns with ongoing national efforts to develop village environments and community facilities, with additional components of the villages development programme expected to be delivered in stages across the country.
