How ROSHN’s New Identity is Powering the Kingdom’s Urban Landscape
With their newly launched identity campaign, ROSHN Group aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, offering more than just houses.
Change is inevitable, but when driven by a clear vision, it becomes powerful. What does it mean to build the future today? For ROSHN Group, a leading Saudi Arabian real estate company and an arm of the Public Investment Fund, it means reimagining the way communities live, work and grow in the Kingdom. With their newly launched identity campaign, ROSHN is aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals, offering more than just homes - they are crafting entire communities designed for a modern, sustainable way of life.
ROSHN’s new approach signals a shift in how the company views its role within the Kingdom’s urban landscape. It’s no longer just about property development; it’s about creating integrated, dynamic spaces where human well-being is at the heart of the design. These communities are built to enrich future generations, injecting change in the very fabric of Saudi Arabia. With a focus on sustainability, environmental protection and inclusivity, ROSHN is positioning itself as a key player in Saudi Arabia’s ongoing transformation.
Having started rolling out on November 10th, the identity campaign is based on the slogan, “Building the Difference.” The campaign will feature a series of events planned across the Kingdom to showcase ROSHN’s vision. Video teasers and major exhibitions - namely at Cityscape Global 2024 - are set to kick off on November 14th, giving people a firsthand look at this new chapter in Saudi urban development.
As part of its Cityscape Global 2024 presence, ROSHN will feature several activations that align with its new identity. Visitors can explore the ROSHN Truck, which offers a virtual reality tour of the company's latest developments, giving a detailed look at their upcoming sustainable communities. In addition, ROSHN will highlight its green initiatives, including efforts in afforestation and desert reclamation, with dedicated spaces that showcase the company’s environmental goals. Among the key events at Cityscape will be the ROSHN Hackathon, with a prize pool of SAR 1,500,000, aimed at finding innovative solutions to real estate and environmental challenges.
