Dubai Street Food Festival Returns for Ramadan Nights
Running February 19th to March 18th, the festival brings diverse street food, evening entertainment and shared dining experiences to Al Karama Park.
With Ramadan approaching, the familiar question returns: what to eat, and where to eat it. While many will be planning iftar at home, Dubai’s Street Food Festival, running from February 19th to March 18th, offers an alternative setting for gathering over food during the holy month.
Held at Al Karama Park, the festival brings together more than 100 restaurants serving a wide range of dishes, including South Indian, Asian and locally inspired options. From traditional comfort plates to street food favourites, the line-up reflects the diversity of Dubai’s dining scene.
From March 1st, the programme expands to include live entertainment, with children’s shows, storytelling sessions, live music and tanoura performances scheduled throughout the evenings. The setup is designed to create a relaxed, open-air environment where visitors can break their fast and spend time outdoors.
A dedicated carnival area adds games such as ring toss, can knockdown, duck fishing and basketball shooting, catering to different age groups. Each Friday, a long communal table will be arranged to encourage shared dining and conversation during Ramadan evenings.
Entry to the festival is free, offering a casual option for those looking to experience Ramadan nights beyond the traditional home setting.
