Diriyah Company Launches Jabal AlQurain Avenue as Hub for Saudi Talent

Diriyah Company has announced the launch of Jabal AlQurain Avenue, a new cultural and commercial hub in the Qurain Cultural District. The pedestrianised avenue is designed as an incubator for Saudi entrepreneurs, offering flexible retail and dining spaces while also providing residences, offices, and cultural academies.

The project will feature 56 retail units covering 7,301 sqm and 15 food and beverage units spanning 2,248 sqm. Every building is designed in traditional Najdi architecture, reflecting Diriyah’s heritage as the birthplace of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Jabal AlQurain Avenue is positioned as a platform for emerging Saudi brands, particularly in the retail and F&B sectors. “Jabal AlQurain Avenue marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to make Diriyah a place where Saudi talent, innovation and creativity can thrive and prosper," Diriyah Company Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo said. “We know there are incredible Saudi men and women across Diriyah, Riyadh and the Kingdom who have outstanding and innovative ideas in sectors like retail and food & beverage, and we are proud to provide a platform to nurture these entrepreneurs and help bring their concepts to life.”

The avenue is part of the broader Qurain Cultural District, a SAR 5.8 billion development being delivered by Nesma & Partners Contracting Co. UJSC and MAN Enterprise Al-Saudia LLC. Announced in 2024, the district will also feature three hotels and branded residences, including the Ritz-Carlton Diriyah, the Address Diriyah, and the Four Seasons Diriyah.

As part of Diriyah’s wider 14 sq km masterplan, the city is expected to contribute SAR 70 billion to Saudi Arabia’s GDP, create 180,000 jobs, and house around 100,000 residents. It will also include cultural institutions such as the Royal Diriyah Opera House, Diriyah Arena, museums, a university, nearly 40 resorts and hotels, as well as facilities such as the Royal Golf Club Wadi Safar and the Royal Equestrian & Polo Club.
