Actors Ahmed Helmy and Mona Zaki - the dynamic duo who stole our hearts in the early 2000s - are about to co-star in a new film written by Helmy himself. This will be the first time in two decades that the married couple will grace us with their on-screen chemistry since ‘Sleepless Nights’ premiered in 2003.
Earlier in 2023, Mona Zaki blew our minds and tore our hearts apart with a showstopping performance in the 15-episode Ramadan series ‘Taht El Wesaya’. Helmy’s last cinematic showing meanwhile was in 2022, when he starred as a rehabilitator in prison in the comedy ‘Another One’.
