‘7Dogs’ Sets New Guinness World Records for Biggest Explosions
Directed by Adil & Bilall, '7Dogs' just blew up two Guinness World Records: one for the largest explosion, and one for the largest amount of explosive material used in a single scene.

Saudi film '7Dogs' has become the first production from the Kingdom to earn two entries in the Guinness World Records, beating out two James Bond films in the process.
It recorded the largest explosion ever filmed, using 170.7 tons of TNT, surpassing the 68.47 tons used in 'Spectre' (2015). Additionally, it set a new benchmark for the largest amount of explosive material used in a single scene at 405.85 kg of TNT, exceeding the 136.4 kg featured in 'No Time To Die' (2021).
Directed by Belgian filmmaking duo Adil & Bilall, who previously worked on 'Bad Boys for Life' starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, '7Dogs' features Egyptian actors Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz. While the film's plot is still under wraps, the newly-set records seem to suggest that it won't exactly be a peaceful romantic-comedy.
'7Dogs' was shot at Riyadh’s AlHisn Big Time Studios, and is expected to be released soon.
