2026 UAE Federal Budget Approved with AED 92.4 Billion Revenues
The UAE Cabinet has approved the 2026 federal budget, setting both revenues and expenditures at AED 92.4 billion.
The United Arab Emirates has officially approved its 2026 federal budget, estimating both revenues and expenditures at AED 92.4 billion. The decision was announced following a Cabinet meeting chaired by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.
According to the announcement, the balanced budget aligns with the UAE’s long-term fiscal policy aimed at ensuring economic resilience and sustainable development. It will support strategic national projects, infrastructure development, and social programmes under the framework of the UAE Vision 2031.
The Ministry of Finance confirmed that the budget was prepared in accordance with international standards of financial planning and transparency. Officials stated that it reflects a prudent approach to managing federal resources, promoting efficiency in spending while supporting continued growth across key sectors including education, healthcare, and innovation.
