2,000 New Homes Set for Delivery in Dubai by 2028
Wadi Al Amardi, Al Awir, Hatta and Al Yalayis 5 will add 1,749 homes valued at over AED 3.3 billion under a 3,004 home programme.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment will deliver 1,749 homes across four developments in Wadi Al Amardi, Al Awir, Hatta and Al Yalayis 5 by 2028, with a combined value exceeding AED 3.3 billion. The four projects form part of a wider programme approved in January 2025 that covers 3,004 homes valued at AED 5.4 billion.
In Wadi Al Amardi, 432 homes spanning 3.669 million square feet are scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026 at a total investment of AED 767 million. In Al Awir, 398 homes over 3.217 million square feet are also due in the first quarter of 2026, with a project cost of AED 734 million.
In Hatta, 213 homes across 2.654 million square feet are slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026 at a total investment of AED 508 million. The largest of the four, Al Yalayis 5, will deliver 706 homes across approximately 7 million square feet in the fourth quarter of 2028, with a total cost of AED 1.31 billion.
The housing programme was approved in January 2025 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
