AIR Launches UAE’s First AI-Native Real Estate Brokerage Platform

AI real estate startup AIR has introduced the UAE’s first AI-native real estate brokerage, a platform that operates on machine intelligence while interacting with human agents and clients. Developed within Dubai’s digital ecosystem and supported by the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, AIR leverages open data infrastructure and local AI expertise to analyse market behaviour and property information in real time.

The platform uses several interlinked tools. AIR Brain models patterns from Dubai brokers’ transactions and outcomes. AIR GPT functions as a knowledge engine trained on details of buildings, units, and neighbourhoods across the city. AIR Match identifies properties aligned with user preferences, AIR Value provides live valuations, and AIR Assistant automates scheduling and CRM processes. Together, they provide analytical insights intended to inform agents and clients without replacing human judgement.
