French Hotelier Louvre Hotels to Open Six Stays Across the Middle East
Among the upcoming developments is the debut of the Kyriad brand in Saudi Arabia.

Louvre Hotels Group MENA has unveiled plans to open six new properties across the region by 2026, marking a major step in its mission to double its footprint to over 15,000 keys by 2030.
Among the upcoming developments is the debut of the Kyriad brand in Saudi Arabia, introducing Kyriad Eco, Kyriad, and Kyriad Prestige hotels in Madinah—positioned to serve the Kingdom’s expanding midscale and budget travel segments.
In Oman, the group is set to expand its presence with a dual-branded offering at The Village Muscat, featuring a Golden Tulip hotel and Tulip Residences with a combined 175 keys and apartments. Further south, the Royal Tulip Taqah Beach Resort will offer a luxury beachfront escape along the Omani coast, complete with 100 rooms and extensive leisure amenities.
With a portfolio spanning economy to upscale, Louvre Hotels Group continues to align with regional development plans, offering scalable hospitality experiences for both business and leisure travellers.
