Emirates Unveils New Luxury Check-In Lounge at DXB

Emirates has officially opened a new luxury check-in lounge at Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 3, offering First Class and Skywards Platinum passengers a more serene and elevated start to their journey.

Replacing the airline’s previous First Class check-in area—which closed earlier this year for upgrades—the newly launched space blends quiet sophistication with high-touch service. Passengers can complete check-in from plush leather and fabric armchairs using an iPad, or opt for traditional staffed desks to drop off luggage.

The lounge has been designed for a low-stimulation experience, with marble, wood, and carpeted flooring, integrated lighting, and grand structural columns creating a calm, ad-free atmosphere.

Once checked in, travellers pass through dedicated security and immigration lanes before accessing one of Emirates’ three First Class lounges within departures.

Altogether, the UAE-based airline operates seven lounges at DXB Terminal 3: three for First Class, three for Business Class, and one shared Premium lounge.
