London’s Supernova Burger is Opening in Dubai & Abu Dhabi
The London burger brand is opening permanent locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi after its sold-out Marsa Boulevard pop-up.
London burger favourite Supernova Burger is officially putting down roots in the UAE after a sold-out run at Dubai’s Marsa Boulevard turned into one of the season’s busiest pop-ups. What started as a limited stay quickly became a daily queue situation, with burger fans flocking to the waterfront destination for Supernova’s stripped-back smash burgers and fries. Now, the brand is turning that momentum into something more permanent with launches planned in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Dubai will get a dedicated Supernova truck at Al Jalila, bringing the brand’s cult menu back to the city in a more casual, grab-and-go format. More locations are also reportedly in the pipeline later this year. Over in the capital, Supernova Burger is preparing to open its first standalone UAE location at “The House” in Al Bateen, just in time for the Eid break. The new venue lands next door to Berenjak Abu Dhabi and adds another heavyweight name to Abu Dhabi’s fast-growing dining scene. Founded in Soho, London in 2023, the burger concept built its following by keeping things simple. Think cheeseburgers, crispy fries and nostalgic sundaes without an overcomplicated menu attached. That formula appears to have translated well in Dubai, where the pop-up regularly sold out during its run. The UAE expansion comes through Belhasa Hospitality, the group behind regional openings for brands including NAC, Berenjak, and Table Otto.
