ILMOND Releases stripped down audio-visual for ‘Amana’
ILMOND releases AMANA, a new song accompanied by a black-and-white visual. The artist invites listeners into a minimalist, emotional world built on sound, grain, and intentional silence.

With AMANA, Cairo-based artist ILMOND shares a tightly-wound piece of music and film that blur into a single, restrained gesture. Co-directed with Amr Fayek and edited alongside brollsi, the video draws from grainy textures and long silences to strip the image of anything excess.
The track, produced by Omar Taai, Zvla, and Frost, with co-production from Keen and ILMOND, builds slowly, almost hesitantly, around sparse instrumentation and echo. Together, the audio and visual elements are felt more than heard.
