Cairo Xpress Label Releases Fundraising Compilation for Palestine
The compilation features 51 tracks by regional and international electronic artists, with all proceeds directed to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund.
Egyptian house music label Cairo Xpress has released a compilation VA album, ‘For Palestine’, to raise funds for Palestinian children. The compilation album features 51 tracks by a roster of regional and international selectors and producers, spanning various electronic genres from deep grooves of house and techno to electro, downtempo, and ambient.
Some of the artists who contributed to the VA include French maverick Amadeo, Dublin-based producer Laughing Man, Berlin’s Anderson, Canadian DJ/producer Ostrich, alongside Lucas Gonzalez, Loopdeville, and Weekend Logic, alongside Shadi Megallaa, Shunus, Messery, Hermit, Joey, Adham Zahran and OT, among others.
All proceeds from the compilation will be donated to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), a registered non-profit NGO dedicated to delivering medical care and life commodities to Palestinian children.
